Highland and Islands please ring or email for a quote.Delivery 1 to 10 days - please let us know if you need your order sooner. You may mix set boxes, a la carte, relishes etc in a single order. Because pack weights vary, the exact cost of your á la carte selection may vary slightly from the calculation made on this website. Delivery charges will be calculated on the total value of all the items in your order placed at any one time. The value of the a la carte items used to calculate the delivery charge will be the nominal pack prices shown here and not the actual pack prices which may differ slightly.
We accept Visa and Mastercard: We do not charge for any item until it is shipped to you. If you do not wish to pay over the Internet by credit card you may pay by phone, fax or post. Shipping And Handling All meat joints are vacuum packed and despatched in insulated boxes containing Sorbafreeze refrigerant which will keep the produce at refrigerator temperature for 36 - 48 hours. On receipt, leave contents in the vacuum packs and transfer them to a refrigerator as soon as possible and consume by the use by date on the pack. Vacuum packs may also be frozen for extended use according to your freezer instructions. Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in less than 10 days. We will contact you before delivery to let you know the precise delivery date. Delivery before noon is available for an extra charge. We would ask you to provide a secure alternative delivery address nearby in case you are out when our courier calls. Environmentally friendly packaging Our specially designed recyclable cardboard boxes, arrive to you complete with protective liners which can be returned to us in the prepaid envelopes provided. Your order will arrive fresh and perfect every time! Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
